At The OG Factory, we take pride in providing the highest quality custom stickers and exceptional customer service. We make every effort to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their orders, and we believe that our policies and procedures are fair and reasonable.

However, we also understand that it is important to have a clear and consistent policy regarding refunds. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is received, the order cannot be cancelled once in production

  2. In the event of a mistake or error on our part, we will make every effort to correct the issue to the customer's satisfaction. This may include reprinting the order or providing a credit towards a future order.

  3. If the customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the stickers or the design, we will work with them to address the issue and make any necessary adjustments or changes. However, we cannot offer refunds for customized products.

  4. We are not responsible for errors or issues that are a result of incorrect information or design provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve all designs and information before submitting their order unless they select editing on there order.

  5. We are not responsible for delays in production or shipping due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or shipping carrier delays.

  6. Please note that all refunds are subject to approval by The OG Factory and may be refused if we determine that the issue is not related to the quality of the stickers or an error on our part.

We believe that this policy is fair and reasonable and allows us to continue providing high-quality custom stickers and exceptional customer service. By placing an order with The OG Factory, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
