• 2. Sample Sticker Orders: Non-Refundable

  Sample sticker orders, which are typically ordered to assess the quality and design of our stickers, are also non-refundable. We encourage customers to order samples when uncertain about our product quality or design suitability before placing larger custom orders.

• 3. Prestock Sticker Designs: Refundable

  Stickers from our prestock sticker designs, which include sticker designs from Sticker Grim and the OG Factory, are eligible for refunds. If you are dissatisfied with prestock stickers for any reason, you may return them for a full refund, provided they meet our return criteria.

Return Criteria for Prestock Stickers:

- The stickers must be in their original, unused condition.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

- Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation when returning prestock stickers.
